A few Sundays ago, KC and I went on a walk around our little house. We crossed the street and wandered into this huge field right across from us! It was full of these really ugly bushes. We didn't think anything of it until we took a closer look. BLACKBERRIES. Literally hundreds of bushes! Its the end of the season but there were still some late bloomers! We spent way longer than expected on that walk... eating every blackberry we could see until our tummies were satisfied and our fingers were stained! Blackberry pie, blackberry pudding, Fresh blackberries! yes please!

Delicious Discovery

This reminds me of when Grandma Brimhall used to have raspberries and blackberries growing on the hill in her backyard. Do you remember? We used to play up there all the time. Remember when Uncle Brett told us there was a trampoline monster that would eat us if we slept on it with the boys? Grandma's house with my cousin Mandy: Some of my favorite childhood memories :)
